4. HALIFAX COMPLAINTS

Halifax prides themselves on their ability to resolve customer complaints quickly, and strive to resolve all phone and branch complaints the day they were received. 5. CALLING HALIFAX CUSTOMER SERVICES

Halifax’ customer service line is open seven days a week between 7.00 a.m. and 11.00 p.m. Every day, thousands of customers call their service line for a variety of reasons. If you would like to reduce your hold time and speak to a customer service officer much faster, simply call during off peak hours, like early in the morning or at night.
